how to be fit?
- use the Jasmin oil and the clover oil then put them on the fat area
- use the coffee powder with warm water and massage the area
- to avoid the paunch you can depend on these things:
green tea
Ginger
fresh ment
mix and boil them and drink it daily before eating anything
ang enjoy fittness
